Many times, flat fee MLS services have an expiration component. This is not necessarily a bad thing. Listings that age beyond what is typical for the community or type of property can make the listing appear less desirable to buyers. Our packages are priced per property owner and property. We will discuss the best options for marketing your property with your goals in mind which may include listing timing, length, cancellation and re-listing.
Professional Marketing Options
Some flat fee MLS listing services only input a listing into the MLS with a few additional services available. Many times you are required to take your own photos and provide your own signage.
